Dr. B. A. D. Samansiri, a founding member of the Network is working as an Honorary Joint Secretary of the Agricultural Extension and Advisory Services Network. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Agriculture of the University of Peradeniya. He received his Master’s degree in Development Communication from University of the Philippines Los Banios and PhD from the Postgraduate Institute of Agriculture, University of Peradeniya. He has worked as an Advisory Officer, Head of the Advisory and Extension Division and the Deputy Director Extension of the Tea Research Institute.
