Mr. Dineth Prabash Rangoda, a graduate of the Faculty of Agriculture at the University of Ruhuna and a postgraduate in Development Communication & Extension from the Post Graduate Institute of Agriculture, University of Peradeniya, is currently pursuing his PhD at UW University, Sri Lanka.

Mr. Dineth Prabash Rangoda, with a career spanning over 22 years across the private sector, university sector, and government sector, has held various significant positions. He has been serving as a public servant in the Department of Export Agriculture for the past 14 years. In his tenure, he has provided technical leadership and strategic direction for monitoring and evaluation activities as the Deputy Director of Progress Monitoring. He has also overseen the export agriculture promotion program to achieve financial and physical targets annually as an Assistant Director of Development.

In addition to his roles in the Department of Export Agriculture, Mr. Rangoda has served as a Project Manager at Sanasa Cooperation and Intelligent Image Management Inc, and as an Assistant Registrar at American National College. His academic contributions include serving as a Research Assistant in Agricultural Economics and an Instructor in English at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Ruhuna.
Mr. Rangoda has been an office-bearer and former treasurer of the Sri Lanka Agriculture Extension Association (SLAEA) and the union of Sri Lanka Scientific Service, Department of Export Agriculture. He has led technology stewardship initiatives with Canadian and international partners. Mr. Rangoda, with his expertise in data handling and software like SPSS and Power BI, brings significant experience to his role.
